Webhook In, Orders Out on Every Account
Your strategy fires a TradingView alert
The alert goes to your personal CopyTrade webhook, carrying the symbol, size, stop and targets. No leader account needs to be open.
CopyTrade checks each account's rules
Is it switched on, inside your trading hours, under its daily limits, and not already in this trade? Each account is checked on its own.
The trade is placed on every account at once
Accounts are sent in parallel, each with its own size, stop-loss and targets. Accounts that share one Rithmic login go one after another.
Works With the Platform Your Firm Uses
TRADOVATE
Prop firm accounts on Tradovate, such as Apex, Tradeify and Lucid, plus personal Tradovate accounts. Connect with Tradovate's own login. TradingView → Tradovate
RITHMIC
Prop firms that give you a Rithmic login, such as Take Profit Trader, MyFundedFutures, Bulenox and Apex on Rithmic. TradingView → Rithmic
TOPSTEPX
Topstep accounts, through TopstepX's API (a separate subscription from ProjectX). TradingView → TopstepX
ALL AT ONCE
Mix accounts from different firms and platforms. One alert trades all of them.
Every Account Doesn't Have to Trade the Same Size
Trade the size in the alert, a fixed size, or the alert's size times a multiplier. On top of that, each account can have its own multiplier, trade the opposite direction, and a maximum-contracts cap it will never exceed. See multi-account copying for the details.
Built Around the Rules That Fail Accounts
DAILY LIMITS PER ACCOUNT
Set a daily profit target and loss limit on each account. Reach one and that account is closed out and stops for the day. Tradovate and Rithmic accounts are measured on the broker's own day P&L, open positions included.
ACCOUNT-WIDE RULES
A maximum daily loss and maximum trades per day across all your accounts, plus a cap on contracts per order. Reach the loss or trade limit and new trades are blocked for the rest of the day.
ONE POSITION PER INSTRUMENT
A repeat alert while you're in a trade is ignored. An opposite alert closes the trade before opening the new one, so positions never stack by accident.
STOP-LOSS WATCH
Your alert's stop-loss is placed as a real order at the broker. If it's ever cancelled, rejected or missing while the position is open, you see it on the dashboard and get an email.
FLATTEN AND PAUSE
Close every position on every account with one button, switch the copier off, or limit trading to set hours.
KNOW WHAT CLOSED EACH TRADE
Every trade shows what closed it: a target, the stop, breakeven, a daily limit, or the firm's own risk system (Tradovate's AutoLiq).
Questions About Copying Prop Firm Accounts
Do I need a leader account open for trades to copy?
No. Your TradingView alert goes straight to CopyTrade, which places the trade on every account you have switched on. There is no leader account that has to be open, and your computer can be off.
Can I copy to accounts at different prop firms at the same time?
Yes. Tradovate, Rithmic and TopstepX accounts can all be switched on together, and one alert trades all of them.
What happens when one account hits its daily limit?
That account's open positions are closed and it takes no new trades for the rest of the trading day. Your other accounts keep trading.
How many accounts can I connect?
Up to 5 on Starter and unlimited on Pro. Both come with a 7-day free trial.
Is automated or copy trading allowed by my prop firm?
It depends on the firm and the account type. Some firms limit automation, trading the same strategy across accounts, or API access on funded accounts. Check your firm's current rules before connecting an account.
